Her original name was Sue O'Neill, and during development she briefly had the name of Katie Daggert as well as Sally Taylor.

Hailing from Los Angeles, California, the USA, Jackson is the 34-year-old former president of a casual-drivers club, and was born on October 3, 1971. Her zodiac sign is Libra, and according to the Chinese zodiac, her date of birth is associated with the Pig. She has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes. She wears a black and red racing suit, with red dragon decals on the pants. The number 61 is also present on her top (as well as her Switchblade and Lancea vehicles).

Full description (Unused)[]
34-year old former president of the Casual Driver's Club, Sally Taylor found out that her driving style is better suited for race tracks than for rush-hour traffic. During her years sitting in the traffic jams, she has grown impatient and is quick to react to ever-changing situations. This makes her a dangerous and unpredictable opponent in the race tracks. What Sally lacks in her driving skills, she puts up in aggressiveness. Sally is known to ram against a fellow driver just for the sake of it and this usually creates situations where Sally can take ground while leaving the other racers tumbling on the road. Sally has a great deal of arrogance and generally thinks less of her opponents. It would be wise to avoid Sally or make sure she isn't racing near the top three... Unless you enjoy seeing the top drivers turn to lawnmowers and drive anywhere except in the road. Sally's crackpot nature makes her proficient in ski jump and her aggressive side is displayed in the field goal stunt arena.
Driving Style[]
Jackson is relatively strong driver, although not quite in the same league as Jack Benton and Sofia Martinez. She usually likes to stay out of the way of other drivers, but will become aggressive if provoked.
Jackson is at her best in the Derby Class, often placing in the top three. She drives the tough and fast Switchblade, where she can be difficult to overtake. She also displays her aggressive side most often in this class, but only if you get in her way. Due to her aggressive tendencies coupled with her strong vehicle, she usually does well in demolition derbies.
On the other hand, Jackson's weakest point is in the Race Class. She drives the Lancea, which is prone to spinning out. It's rare that she places in the top half in this class. Demolition derbies are also not a strong point for her here.
In the Street Class, Jackson drives the Chili Pepper, where she can be a surprisingly strong racer, despite her vehicle's shortcomings. When you least expect it, she will creep up the ranks and into the top three. However, she is easy to get wrecked due to the weakness of her vehicle, and because of this, she is one of the worst competitors in demolition derbies in this class.

- Due to an unused CPU route originally planned for a different CPU opponent other than the player, she will always loosely follow the player in attempts to hit them in the derby game mode or attempt to chase you around bringing other CPU opponents to attack you.
